All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you should get in touch with us within 12 hours of your order placement or when you receive confirmation call from us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Customer satisfaction is our first and only priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-5 day processing) and you had paid in advance.
- You receive the wrong/ faulty product (needs to be intimated to us via call/whatsapp/facebook/email within 48 hours).
- For issuance of refund you will have to arrange the delivery of the product at your own cost to our warehouse in Karachi. We will not be responsible for the reverse delivery of the product. You will receive the refund through bank transfer within 3-5 days once we receive the product at our warehouse.
- Please make sure that you deliver the product with the original box/ packing (with original plastic wrap intact in case of wooden puzzles).
